Rules

Because living in a community often involves compromise, we have set up certain rules governing the Presidio Villas Community. In addition to the CC&R's and the Bylaws, governing the basic structure of our association, we have more specific rules regarding parking, the use of the pool and the use of the Ramada for parties. These rules are available to you on this site, under the right-hand navigation menu or under "Rules" in the top menu.
