HOA Dues

What Are Dues?
According to Article I Definitions (DCC&R's), Section 1.14 page 3, "Membership Assessments" (Dues): Dues are membership assessments paid by each lot owner to the Association for the privilege to use and enjoy the PVII property. Dues are maintained in a fund for the operation, maintenance, management, administration, and improvement of PVII.
The monthly dues owed by each property owner or their tenant is $50.
 
Why Do We Pay Dues?
Dues are used to promote the recreation, health, safety, and welfare of PVII residents, guests and their families. Dues contribute to the improvement of the Common property including the operation and maintenance of the private streets, sewer system and recreational facilities.
 
Expenses
Expenses for operation, maintenance, management administration and improvement include:
Utilities: Electricity, natural gas, water and trash removal.
Pool Expense: Water, cleaning/maintenance, pool gate locks, pool passes/keys, metal pool information signs.
Board of Directors Expenses: Office supplies and postage, homeowner information package, legal representation, accounting and bulletin boards.
Miscellaneous Expenses: Cleaning, repairs, maintenance, landscape maintenance, taxes and licenses, insurance, rent, fire lanes/curb numbers, and guest car passes.
